New Tri-State Project! The Big Sandy River Basin Coalition

The Big Sandy River Basin Coalition is a new tri-state project that services the counties of Dickenson, Buchanan and small sections of Wise and Tazewell. A Tri-state signing ceremony will take place on Oct 25, 2007 at the Breaks Interstate Park to celebrate the union of Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia as we collectively work to improve water quality in the Big Sandy River Basin.
